The fourth evolution of Wildhood was developed on the heels of the pandemic. As we re-entered the world, we saw ourselves falling back into the routines, the pressures, and the expectations that we’ve unthinkingly come to accept as who we are. But that’s not our true self. The person we want to be.

The new campaign encourages people to “Find Your Wildhood” . Because our Wildhood is where our true selves live. Where we can fully surrender who we should be for who we want to be. Where we can roam free. Jump. Climb. Run. Splash. Create. Share. It ’s untamed. Absolutely wild. It ’s where we show up in all our glory.

Wildhood is more than a campaign, it’s a state of being that exists in all of us – if we’re willing to look. We are all explorers, motivated by wanderlust, and our most powerful memories tend to be of the moments shared with loved ones, of discovery, of places that fill us with awe and wonder. This is where the magic lies. Big or small, these moments enrich our lives.”

Go RVing helps us visit our Wildhood at any time. But there are no directions. No coordinates. Because it ’s not any one place, but a space that occupies the mind. The body. And every wrong turn we take to get there, the further lost we get, takes us closer to it . It ’s time for us to lose the self we’ve been walking around with for the one we want to be.

Who is Go RVing Canada?

The Go RVing Canada coalition was formed in 1997, and consists of RV manufacturers, RV dealers and campground operators in the multi-billion dollar Canadian RVing industry.

The coalition serves as the Canadian RV camping industry ambassador to provide the public and media with information about the benefits of RV travel. Go RVing Canada seeks to enhance consumer information and satisfaction with the RV experience, and is the destination for everything RVing.

At Go RVing Canada we want to show Canadians across Canada how amazing the RV Lifestyle can be.

Our showcase of resources for potential RVers including everything from affordability guides, RV compare tools, and Getting started guides. Once you are ready to set out we have trip guides, a campground finder, and a range of resources to educate and inspire.

The Go RVing Canada website is also a great resource for RVers to connect with local dealers and to help establish which RV is right for them and their needs. We also feature a microsite that showcases seasonal camping, where you leave your RV in a campground or resort for an extended period of time.

What is an RV?

An RV, or recreational vehicle, is a home on wheels. Typically it is vehicle that you drive or tow, while some RVs known as Park models are placed more permanently at a campground or resort.
